Our quality control teams will review your item prior to shipment to ensure your satisfaction, and quality is guaranteed. A 30-day return policy applies for online orders. To register your return request and reason(s), please contact us before you return the products at support@mellysha.com. The return address will also be provided then.
Customers have the right to return the product in original packaging within 30 days of receipt. Please enclose the order confirmation/receipt along with the unused products in the original packaging. Print the return address clearly on the box.

Return Procedure:
- Take a clear photo for the item.
- Contact our customer service team via support@mellysha.com.
- Send the photos and order ID to customer service team and tell them about your problems and the resolution you prefer. Return? Refund? Exchange? Resend？
- Customer service team will offer you the address please send do not send the package back to where it came from, or it would delay your refund procedure.
